You may cancel by logging into my account and cancelling your subscription to Guitar Excellence. Remember that a portion of your membership goes towards an orphanage for puppies that can’t bark and a percentage of your fee helps give them a voice.

I am having a problem with printing or downloading the tabs/notation?
I am having a problem with printing or downloading the tabs/notation? On the “Tab and Notation” tab under each video lesson you can click the download button and by pressing this button will give you a preview in PDF format. From there, you can print from your PDF reader program. The ability to print or download tabs/notation is only available to subscribers. If you’re having trouble viewing this preview, you may need to install Adobe Reader through the following link: http:/get.adobe.com/
NOTE: That the tablature and notation of officially licensed songs may have printing and downloading restrictions. Official songs and TABS of these may be purchased in our store.
My videos will not play when I login?
Problems playing the videos can be caused by problems on the network, your computer, or your browser. Usually you can fix the problem yourself by isolating the issue using the steps below. Here are a few trusty tips that should get you up and running in no time:
- Try log out then log in again
- Switch the HD option off for SD on the lower right hand side of the player till the “HD” is not showing red
- Try using a different browser
- Try a different computer/tablet/phone
- Try rebooting your router and modem
