Fees & Payment
- How are fees structured? To make payments consistent, the total termly fee is split evenly over all months, including holiday months.
- How do I pay? Payments can be made via through our secure online store upon registration.
- Can I purchase a guitar from you? Yes, guitars and other accessories are available for purchase through our online store.
Lesson & Class Details
- How long are the lessons? All group and individual lessons are 30 minutes long.
- When are the lessons held? Lessons are held online and are offered on specific, scheduled days during the school term. Please contact your school for the current schedule.
- Does my child need their own guitar? It is highly recommended that pupils have their own guitar for practice at home. However, we do provide at least one group guitar at every lesson for pupils to use for lessons held at school premises.
- Are there class size limits? Yes, to ensure quality instruction, our group lessons require a minimum of four (4) pupils to proceed and a maximum of fifteen (15)
Exams & Cancellations
- Do you offer formal examinations? Yes, we offer Rockschool Examinations for students from Grade 4 upwards but only on our 1 on 1 subscription
- What if we need to stop lessons? We require one full calendar term’s notice to cancel a subscription.
